Return Period: You can request a return within 30 days from the date you received the item. Please ensure that the furniture is unused and in its original packaging.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in correct condition, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be refunded to the original payment method.
Return Cost: Return costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to product quality issues or incorrect shipment.
Return Process: Please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization and send the item back as instructed.
Inapplicable Returns: Due to health and safety regulations, custom items and special order items are not eligible for return policy.
